You deserve compassion

In our work together, we will explore compassion as a universal skill to improve every aspect of life but most importantly your relationship with yourself. Whether you’re working on anxiety, eating concerns, trauma or any other struggle, we will use the framework of compassion to find your path to well-being.

“Jenny taught me so much about being authentic. I learned how to appreciate my body for all the ways that my body allows me to live a full life -and self-compassion is WAY better than self-hate.”

Hi. I’m Jenny

Nice to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Psychotherapist and I didn’t realize my life would take me to this career but I found my passion - let me explain.

I’ve always loved helping others find their way in this crazy, mixed up world; but I was skeptical about counseling in the beginning.

As a teen, my own suffering was a heavy burden and I was growing tired of carrying it alone. I was reluctant, but I tried meeting with a therapist and it was a disaster. But there is more to the story…

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
